Coaches and managers may now ENTER or EDIT scores by clicking on the Game ID of any game in ANY schedule.

Coaches and managers may now ENTER or EDIT pitching for a team by clicking on the team name in either the Home or Visitor column on ANY schedule.

 

Welcome to the 2008 Minuteman Baseball League

  • Several changes have been made to the Minuteman League Round 2 Schedule at 10:45 AM on Wed May 7. All Managers/Coaches should review their 2nd Round schedule.  Most all of the changes involve swapping of visitor teams to resolve round to round duplicate matchups.
     
  • Pitching Rule 4.1 was updated to the following on 5/8/08:
    4.1 No player may pitch more than 6 innings in regular season games played during the same pitching week (Friday through Thursday). Additionally, a player is not allowed to pitch on back-to-back days if they have pitched 3 or more innings on the first day. Thus, for example, a player pitches 3 innings in a Saturday game cannot pitch on Sunday. Also, in the Minuteman League, if a team plays a Friday night game due to and odd number of teams in the league, and that team’s next game is on Sunday. These games (Friday and Sunday) will be considered back to back for pitching purposes.
     
  • Any player rostered after June 9,2008 is ineligible for the playoffs, applies to Minuteman and Patriot Leagues
     
  • Minuteman Playoffs are the week of June 9, 2008 with the championship games on Sunday June 15.
     
  • Patriot League single elimination playoffs start the week of June 9.
     
  • The Minuteman League welcomes Bolton as our 10th town participating in our league for the 2008 season..

 

Minuteman Baseball League

2008 marks the 13th season of the Minuteman Baseball League, a spring and summer recreational baseball league for players of ages 13 through 16. The league began in 1996 with teams from Maynard, Sudbury, and Wayland, and then expanded to include Westford in 1998, Concord-Carlisle in 1999, Weston in 2001, Acton-Boxborough in 2005, Littleton in 2006,Wellesley in 2007 and Bolton in 2008.   Click on About Minuteman above for more information.
