Below are the directions to the fields in each of the towns.  Click on a town above and you will go to the directions for the fields in that town.  Also, click on a field and a map should come up for you.  Any changes or updates to the field directions, send an email to Dale Clutter.

Please adhere to any parking restrictions that may be described for the fields.

 

Acton-Boxborough Fields   top

Acton-Boxborough High School

From Rte 495, take the Rte 111 exit, headed toward Boxborough and Acton.
Just after you get onto Rte 111, there'll be an Exxon Station on your left.
From here, travel a little more than 4 miles; you'll pass R.J. Grey Jr. High
on your left.

Just after the junior high, you'll see tennis courts on your left. Immediately
after the courts, turn left onto Charter Rd. (There's no street sign, but there's
a small blue sign saying, "McCarthy-Towne School.")

After about ¼ mile, the field will be on your right, on the other side of a
construction site. Park in the lot on your left.

From Rte. 2E, take the Rte 27 exit, and turn right at the end of the ramp.
Turn right at your first set of lights onto Rte 111, then turn right just
before the tennis courts onto Charter Rd. . (There's no street sign, but
there's a small blue sign saying, "McCarthy-Towne School.")

After about ¼ mile, the field will be on your right, on the other side of a
construction site. Park in the lot on your left.

From Rte 2W, when you reach the Concord Rotary, next to the Concord
Prison, go ¾ of the way around the rotary, staying on Rte 2W. At your
First set of lights, get into the left lane (but don't turn left) and take the
Rte 11 exit by bearing left. Go straight through the first set of lights, and
turn right just before the tennis courts onto Charter Rd. . (There's no street
sign, but there's a small blue sign saying, "McCarthy-Towne School.")

After about ¼ mile, the field will be on your right, on the other side of a
construction site. Park in the lot on your left.

Jones Field

From Rte 495, take the Rte 111 exit, headed toward Boxborough and Acton.
Just after you get onto Rte 111, there'll be an Exxon Station on your left.
From here, travel a little more than 4 miles; you'll come to the intersection of
Rte 111 and Rte 27, at a set of traffic lights. Turn right onto Rte 27. After
roughly a mile, you'll go through the first set of lights, then go over a small
bridge. Immediately after the bridge, turn right onto Maple St., then bear left.
Jones Field will be on your right.

From Rte 2E, take the Rte 27 exit and turn right at the end of the ramp.
After you cross Rte 111, travel roughly a mile. You'll go through a set
of lights, then go over a small bridge. Immediately after the bridge, turn
right onto Maple St., then bear left. Jones Field will be on your right.

From Rte 2W, take the Rte 27 exit and turn left at the end of the ramp.
After you cross Rte 111, travel roughly a mile. You'll go through a set
of lights, then go over a small bridge. Immediately after the bridge, turn
right onto Maple St., then bear left. Jones Field will be on your right.

 

Bolton Fields    top

Memorial Field
20 Wattaquadock Hill Road
Bolton MA 01740

From 495 take Route 117 (exit 27) west towards Bolton Center.  Follow Main Street (Route 117) approximately 0.8 of a mile. Turn left onto  Wattaquadock Hill Road (Blinking Light).  Field is just past Trinity church on the left about 1/4 mike down the road. Bolton Babe Ruth Field is the front field on the left.

Concord Fields   top

Emerson Field

From the North and West, take Route 2 Eastbound, follow Route 2 past the prison rotary, take the fourth left at Route 126. (your fifth light). After approximately 200 yards, take the left fork and follow Thoreau Street until you see the playground on your right. Go right, the 90 foot diamond is at the far eastern end of the field complex.

From Wayland, Weston and Sudbury, take Route 126 North, follow past Walden Pond, cross Route 2 and take the left fork. Follow the directions as set forth above. There are grandstands.

High School #1 & #2
Follow the directions as set forth above for Emerson Field. After you turn off Route 2 onto Route 126, you'll see a sign on your left for the high school. Take the left into the driveway for the high school and follow the driveway past the school to the field complex beyond. Field #1 is located at the far left side of the complex near the railroad tracks. Field #2 is located at the front right side of the complex, in the corner nearest to the driveway and the main road. There are grandstands at Field #1, but no grandstands at Field #2. Bring lawn chairs for Field #2.

Sanborn School :
From Westford, take Route 2 east through the prison rotary and take the third right at Emerson Hospital. Take another quick right (within 2 yards) onto Old Marlboro Road. Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. Sanborn School and the field are on your left. There are grandstands.
From Wayland, Maynard or Sudbury - Follow Route 126 to Route 117. Take 117 West to the intersection of 117 and Dakin Road in Sudbury. The Sudbury fire station is on the corner. Bear right onto Dakin Road and follow as the road winds through Sudbury into Concord and becomes Old Pickard Road in Concord. The Sanborn School is on your right, about 1.75 miles from Route 117.

Spalding Middle School, Carlisle:
From the west on Route 225, turn left onto Concord Street and take immediate right onto School Street BEFORE the Carlisle rotary. Go approx. 1/4 mile on School Street and turn left onto Church Street. After passing the school building on the right, the fields will be on the right going down the hill. The Babe Ruth field is the first field.
Note: Route 225 is accessible by turning right off Route 27 near the Acton/Westford border.
From the south on Concord Street, turn right onto Church Street BEFORE the Carlisle rotary. After passing the school building on the right, the fields will be on the right going down the hill. The Babe Ruth field is the first field.
Note: Concord Street is the continuation of Lowell Road (different from Lowell Street in Carlisle noted below) which runs north out of Concord Center at the immediate left side of the Colonial Inn.
From the east on Rte 225 or from the north on Lowell Street, go through the Carlisle rotary toward Concord. Turn left onto School Street, which is just after the rotary. Go approx. 1/4 mile on School Street and turn LEFT onto Church Street. After passing the school building on the right, the fields will be on the right going down the hill. The Babe Ruth field is the first field.
There are no bleachers. Bring lawn chairs.

 

Littleton Fields   top

High School, 56 King Street
From Route 495 northbound or southbound, take Exit 30 (for Route 2A and Route 110) toward Littleton/Ayer. Turn onto Route 2A/110 heading west – whether you are coming from the north or south this is a left off the exit ramp. This road is King Street, and the High School is .8 miles ahead. There is a small sign for the school. Take a right into the school and then take your first left and park in this lower lot next to the tennis courts. Take the stairs between the tennis courts and the HS building up the hill to the baseball diamond at the top of the hill.

55 Russell Street field (backup in 2006)
From Route 495 northbound or southbound, take Exit 30 (for Route 2A and Route 110) toward Littleton/Ayer. Turn onto Route 2A/110 heading east – this is a right off the ramp whether you are coming from the north or south on 495. Russell St. will be the first left hand turn you will see. The street is across from Cupp and Cupp Nursery. Take a left onto Russell Street, and the school is about .2 miles ahead. There is a small sign for the school. Take a right into the school and then go past the buses on the right and past the football field on the left. The baseball field is straight ahead, and the parking lot is next to it.

 

Maynard Fields   top

Crowe Park
Same directions as to High School field below, except Crowe Park is approximately 3/4 miles farther west on Rt. 117, located immediately adjacent to the road on the south side. There are grandstands.

High School Field (backup field):
From Sudbury, Wayland and Weston...Take Rt. 27 north to intersection with Rt. 117 in Maynard. Turn left (west) on Rt. 117 and proceed approx. 100 yards past football field. Turn left at Maynard High School sign; proceed toward school parking lot, and park beside the school. Field is behind the school and down a hill. There are grandstands.
From Concord... Take Rt. 117 west, then proceed into Maynard as above.
From Westford... Take Rt. 27 south to intersection with Rt. 117 in Maynard. Turn right (west) on Rt. 117 and proceed as explained above.

Sudbury Fields  top

Haskell Field
from Maynard and Westford...Take Rt. 27 into Sudbury and turn right onto Fairbank Road. Follow Fairbank Road approx. ¾ mile until you see a field complex on your right, and turn right into the parking lot. The baseball field is located on the opposite (western) side of the complex. Bring lawn chairs. There is only one set of stands.
from Wayland and Weston...Take Rt. 27 through Sudbury Center. When Rt. 27 forks to the right toward Maynard, bear left (now Hudson Road) and proceed to Fairbank Road. Turn right onto Fairbank Road, then take your first left into the parking lot. The baseball field is located on the opposite (western) side of the complex. Bring lawn chairs. There is only one set of stands.
from Concord...Take Sudbury Road south past Nashawtuc Country Club toward Sudbury, where road changes name to Concord Road. At Sudbury Center traffic light, turn right onto Rt. 27. When Rt. 27 forks to the right toward Maynard, bear left (now Hudson Road) and proceed to Fairbank Road. Turn right onto Fairbank Road, then take your first left into the parking lot. The baseball field is located on the opposite (western) side of the complex. Bring lawn chairs. There is only one set of stands.

High School Fields 
From Maynard...Take Route 117 into Sudbury and turn right onto Pantry Road after approx. 1.5 miles (fire station on the left is a landmark). Proceed approx. 1.5 miles to high school complex on left. Turn left onto Lincoln Road. The parking lot is on the east/right side of the school building, and the fields are behind it. To access the parking lot, pass the first two LS entrance/exits and turn left at the third one. Park in the northwest corner of the lot. DO NOT PARK along the various access roads that lead around the parking lot and behind and beside the school, as you may be towed. The baseball diamond is located adjacent to the football field, about a 150 yard walk from the parking lot. Bring lawn chairs in case bleachers have not yet been erected.
From Westford and Acton-Boxboro...Take Route 495 south or Route 27 south to Route 117 and head east. Then follow directions as above.
From Wayland and Weston...Take Route 27 to Sudbury Center. Turn right onto Concord Road and proceed north for approx. 1.1 miles. Turn right onto Lincoln Road, then follow directions as above.
From Concord...Take Sudbury Road south past Nashawtuc Country Club into Sudbury, where road changes name to Concord Road. Turn left at stop sign (road continues to be called Concord Road). Proceed south to high school complex on left. Turn left onto Lincoln Road, then follow directions as above.

Curtis Middle School
From Maynard and Westford...Take Rt. 27 into Sudbury and follow into Sudbury toward Sudbury Center. Turn right onto Peakham Road, which is approx. 100-150 yards BEFORE SUDBURY CENTER. Proceed on south Peakham Road through a 4-way stop at Old Lancaster Road to the next stop sign at an unusual four-way intersection. Turn right onto Pratts Mill Road, and you will see Curtis Middle School immediately on your right. The baseball diamond is in front of the building with parking between them. Bring lawn chairs. There are no grandstands.
from Wayland and Weston...Take Rt. 27 through Sudbury Center. After approx. 100 yards, turn left onto Peakham Road, and proceed south on that road as explained above.
from Concord...Take Sudbury Road south past Nashawtuc Country Club toward Sudbury, where road changes name to Concord Road. Proceed south to Sudbury Center traffic light, then turn right onto Rt. 27. After approx. 100 yards, turn left onto Peakham Road, and proceed south on that road as explained above.

Feeley Field
From Maynard and Westford...Take Rt. 27 to Sudbury Center. Turn right at traffic lights onto Concord Road. Bear left at the fork by the Catholic Church (thus staying on Concord Road) and proceed Rt. 20 traffic light intersection. Turn right, then take your second left onto Raymond Road. Feeley Field is on your left after approximately .2 miles. There are grandstands.

From Wayland and Weston...Take Rt. 20 into Sudbury. After approx. 1.4 miles, turn left onto Raymond Road. Feeley Field is on your left after approximately .2 miles. There are grandstands.

From Concord...Take Sudbury Road south past Nashawtuc Country Club toward Sudbury, where road changes name to Concord Road. Proceed through Sudbury Center traffic light (thus staying on Concord Road) and proceed to Rt. 20 traffic light intersection. Turn right, then take your second left onto Raymond Road. Feeley Field is on your left after approximately .2 miles. There are grandstands.

Sanborn Middle School in Concord may be used for some home games.  See directions under Concord-Carlisle fields sections above.

Wayland Fields   top

Take Rt. 27 or Rt. 126 from the Sudbury / Maynard area into Wayland. Both roads join Rt. 27 near the Police/Fire Dept. in Wayland center. Stay on Rt. 27 through the lights at Rt. 20 to lights at the Y-intersection of Rt. 27 and Rt. 126, then.……

High School Fields
Take a right onto Rt. 126 (Old Connecticut Path) and go .9 mile. The school will be on your right. Park near the fenced area after the last building on your right. Both fields are behind the school and track area. The HS #1 field is the first one on your left. The HS #2 field is the farthest from the parking lot. Bring lawn chairs. HS 1 has no stands, and HS 2 has stands on the home team side only.

Middle School Field (backup in 2004):
Stay on Rt. 27 and go 1.7 miles. The school will be on your left. Park behind the school and the field is in the far left corner. Bring lawn chairs. There are no bleachers.

 

Wellesley Fields  top

Wellesley High School Varsity, JV Fields
50 Smith Street

Note that there is no parking immediately adjacent to either the Varsity or JV field.  The closest parking for the JV field is in the lot off Washington Street by the tennis courts.  The closest parking for the Varsity field is in the lot for the High School on Rice Street." (These lots are visible on the "aerial" view on Mapquest.)
 

Westford Fields   top

Forge Village Field (West Prescott Street)
West Prescott Street/ special directions to avoid bridge closing: From Route 495 northbound, take Exit 31. Turn right at end of exit onto Route 119 (Great Road). Take Route 119 into Groton to the intersection of Route 225 (3 miles), also called Forge Village Road. Take a right onto Route 225. Continue for 1 mile until you see Forge Village (VFW) field on the left side of the road. It is across the street from the Franco-American club. Bring lawn chairs. There are no bleachers.
An alternative route to avoid Route 495...Take Route 27 north (Route 27 is accessible in Wayland, Sudbury, and Maynard). Turn left onto Route 2A/119 in Acton (Great Road heading west). You will drive through Acton and into Littleton. Pass Littleton Commons (where Route 2A separates) and continue on Route 119 over Route 495. Follow Route 119 into Groton to the intersection of Route 225 (3 miles), also called Forge Village Road. Take a right onto Route 225. Stay on Route 225 for 1 mile until you see Forge Village (VFW) field on the left side of the road. It is across the street from the Franco-American club. Bring lawn chairs. There are no bleachers.

 Normal directions without the Bridge closing sited above

From Rt. 495 northbound, take Exit 32. Turn left at end of exit onto Boston Road and follow uphill to stop sign with Westford Common directly on your right. Turn left onto Forge Village Road and continue toward Forge Village. Forge Village Road becomes Pine Street and ends at the intersection with Pleasant Street. Turn right and follow for approx. ½ mile. Forge Village (VFW) Field is on the right with the Franco-American Club across the street. Bring lawn chairs.
An alternative route to avoid Rt. 495...Take Rt. 27 north (Rt. 27 is accessible in Wayland, Sudbury, Maynard, or off Rt. 2A in Acton). At the intersection with Rt. 225, turn left onto Rt. 225 and follow for approx. 7 miles into Forge Village. Just past the village, Forge Village (VFW) Field is on the right with the Franco-American Club across the street

Westford Academy (High School Field #2) (Robinson Road)
From Rt. 495 northbound, take Exit 32. Turn left at end of exit onto Boston Road and follow uphill to stop sign with Westford Common directly on your right. Turn left onto Forge Village Road and follow it downhill for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Flag Road and follow it up hill for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Robinson Road and follow it to the Robinson School on the right. Enter at the first driveway entrance just after the Tennis courts. Follow the driveway straight ahead, staying to the right of the school. The field is in the rear. Bring lawn chairs.
An alternative route to avoid Rt. 495...Take Rt. 27 north (Rt. 27 is accessible in
Wayland, Sudbury, Maynard, or off Rt. 2A in Acton). At the intersection with Rt.
225, turn left and follow for approximately 4.5 miles. Take a right onto Robinson Road. Enter at the second driveway just before the Tennis courts. Follow the driveway straight ahead, staying to the right of the school. The field is in the rear.

Abbott Field (Depot Road): (Not used in 2004)
From Rt. 495 northbound, take Exit 32. Turn left at end of exit onto Boston Road and follow uphill until approaching Westford Common. Turn right onto Lincoln Street before the common and follow to a yield sign, where you enter Depot Road heading right. Go past a fire station and Rodenbush Community Center on your right. Stay to the left and go downhill. Abbott School is on the right after approximately 100 yards. Turn right at the first driveway entrance. Follow road around to the right. Abbott Field will be on the left. Bring lawn chairs.

Weston Fields   top

High School Field
Take Rt. 27 or Rt. 126 from the Sudbury / Maynard area into Wayland. Both roads join Rt. 27 near the Police/Fire Dept. in Wayland Center and intersect Rt. 20. Turn left onto Rt. 20 and follow into Weston. Turn right at the traffic light intersection with School Street. Fork right at the next intersection onto Wellesley Street. Pass Regis College (on your right) and cross Rt. 30. Turn left into the High School entrance and park on the left side of the parking lot. The field is to the left and uphill (back toward Rt. 30). Bring lawn chairs. There are no stands on the visitors’ side.

Middle School Field  (Backup for 2005)
Same directions as above, but pass the High School and continue south. Turn left at the next road just before the Mass Pike overpass, and the field is immediately on your left. Bring lawn chairs. There are no stands.

Rivers School Field  

Licht Field at The Rivers School.
313 Winter Street, Weston, MA.
DIRECTIONS:  Take Winter St south off of Rt 30. Go 1.3 miles; ball-field on right; parking lot just past field.
 

Cambridge School
Cambridge School is located on Georgian Rd (intersection of Lexington St and Georgian Rd) in Weston.  From the west, follow 117 through Maynard and Lincoln into Weston.  Make a left on Lexington Street and at the top of a small hill is Georgian Rd.  Turn right into the Cambridge School Complex.  The field should be on the right.
